Invite a new agent to your team

Go to Team, on your dashboard and invite the new agent through their email (they shouldn’t have a Serviceform account yet)



The agent should accept the invitation and create his Serviceform account.


At the agent account, he should setup his timezone, business hours, phone number, picture (if you need phone/WhatsApp notifications please ask your CSM)



At livechat tab turn the agent “online” (if not he will not receive notifications)
